Role Purpose
The Head of Sales & Clients Services is responsible for leading the functions of Business Development and Client Services Alongside the people management of direct reports, this role will have it’s own sales pipeline whilst leading the team to secure new business opportunities The role will also be working with our key accounts to ensure the Client Services function deliver outstanding service to existing clients and associates Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Drive actionable and measurable tactical plans to create market awareness and increase market share to exceed sales budget Lead the Business Development team to connect with key clients through calls/networking events and responsible for the end-to-end sales process Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options Prepare Terms of Business, present and negotiate (if necessary), ensuring all Terms of Business are compliant. Ensure seamless transition and handover to the recruitment team Cross-selling of other Adecco services Manage direct reports in accordance with internal Adecco policies and procedures Build a culture of high performance and customer-centricity Ensure company and client information is kept confidential Client Services
Ensure the Client Services function have robust KPIs in place to deliver service excellence to our clients and associates Drive actionable and measurable plans to increase productivity and to meet the demands of our clients Act as an escalation point to key clients Leadership
Responsible for developing and mentoring direct reports to achieve their potential Responsible for building a strong succession plan with internal talents Responsible for regular informal and formal performance feedback and reviews with direct reports Responsible for role modeling Adecco Group leadership behaviors and competencies As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you are expected to lead the strategy implementation for your function The Key Performance Indicators :
Achievement of sales budget Delivering a healthy sales pipeline to achieve yearly sales budget Number of client visits Lead generation (sales) Net promoter score Job Requirements
Minimum work experience: (Must have)
2+ years of management experience leading a team 5+ years of sales related experience Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation skills Ability to develop and lead a high-performance environment Hunter mentality; think out of the box Proven track record in sales/ business development Experience in staffing/ recruitment industry (Additional) educational requirements:
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English Second languages preferred: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
