-Min Diploma/Degree in any related field-Strong analytical mind and observant skills-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with candidates-Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently, and good interpersonal skills-Able to converse in Mandarin, English, and Malay-A positive attitude towards the working environment
