The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for driving and amplifyingDigital Marketing activities to drive eCommerce business in the Asia Pacificregion with our key technology alliance partners. In this role, you will driveoptimal allocation of alliance funds and work alongside with the local DemandGeneration managers to ensure effective use of those funds to executeMarketing plans to deliver against Asia Pacific eCommerce KPIs. You will alsodrive compliance of Lenovo advertising materials to ensure high success rateof alliance fund claims and managing all Financial aspects of the AllianceManagement program.
You will also be responsible for implementing effective processes that trackand improve the return on investment of marketing initiatives across all AsiaPacific Demand Generation activities.
Reporting to Lenovo’s Asia Pacific Head of Digital Marketing, we are seekingfor an energetic, strategic professional with strong alliance management andmarketing operations experience background to drive efficiency and consistencyacross the Asia Pacific Region.Responsibilities:
• Manage quarterly alliance marketing plans to reflect Asia Pacific eCOMMgoals
• Work with local Demand Generation leads in each market to confirm on DigitalMarketing activities using these Alliance Management funds and raise PRs inthe Anaplan system.
• Create PRs for the vendors which the Alliance Management funds are to beused.
• Ensure that advertising materials are 100% compliant with the guidelines asset up by Lenovo Alliance Partner and coordinate on the approval of theseadvertising materials.
• Insure 100% utilization of available MDF funds from alliance partners andcreate growth initiatives in which alliance partners want to investincremental funds
• Work with our Agency partners to deliver Proof of Cost (POC), Proof ofExecution (POE) and Proof of Branding (POB) as required by the AllianceManagement program in a timely fashion.
• Track submitted claim and payment. Keep a record of budget allocation vsplan submitted and approved, and claim status
• Track and measure campaign effectiveness through demand generation analyticsand prepare dashboards and reports for effective campaign optimization andexecutive call-out summaries.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Alliance Funding Management
• Have excellent Excel and Analytical skills
• Good administrative skills and details oriented
