We are representing a logistics company that specialises in shipping and logistics solutions. Their services include sea and air freight, customs brokerage, and forwarding, land haulage, warehousing and marine insurance.
Job Description:
- Provide support to existing customers.
- Identify and explore new potential customers.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant intelligence.
- Prepare sales reports and compile sales data within the system.
- Source vendors and negotiate pricing.
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Positive working attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
