Sales Specialist (Medical/Aesthetics)

• Generate new leads by performing daily outbound sales activities (walk-in, cold call, cold email, refresh the old leads, etc.)
  
• Conduct webinars and public presentations
  
• Qualify, nurture, and close leads by providing tailored product solution
  
• Demonstrate products to potential customers and conduct product training for users
  
• Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and meet personal and team sales targets
  
• Develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
  

Requirements

• Experience with medical devices sales
  
• Familiarity with the medical field (hospitals, clinics, aesthetics)
  
• Presentation and public speaking skill
  
• Proficiency in both speaking and writing English and BM (Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage)
  
• Team spirit
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Power Point, Excel)
  
• Driver’s License
