Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Executive – Public Relations, Creative Design & Marketing Communications

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. StrategicPlanning:
  • Develop andimplement PR and marketing strategies that align with businessgoals.
  • Manage the department's annual budgetand resources with the Group Head ofDepartment.

2. MediaRelations:

  • Build and maintainrelationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and mediaprofessionals.
  • Coordinate press releases, mediapitches, and press kits. 

3)Content Creation:

  • Lead the creation ofhigh-quality content for various platforms, ensuring alignment withbrand guidelines.

4) MarketingCampaigns:

  • Plan and execute integratedmarketing campaigns with the marketingteam.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performanceto maximize ROI.
  • Utilize marketing tools tostreamline workflows.

5) CrisisCommunication:

  • Develop and maintaincrisis communication plans for timely responses to PRissues.
  • Coordinate internal communicationduring crises and handle user queries andcomplaints. 

6) BrandManagement:

  • Ensure consistent brandmessaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate withthe creative team to develop brandingmaterials. 

7) EventCoordination:

  • Plan and manage companyevents and industry participation.
  • Representthe company at events and engage withstakeholders.

8) StakeholderCommunication:

  • Coordinate withinternal teams to ensure cohesivecommunication.
  • Develop internal communicationmaterials, like newsletters andannouncements.

9) Analytics andReporting:

  • Track and analyze PR andmarketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular performancereports for management.

9) VendorManagement:

  • Liaise with governmentagencies, local authorities, media, and other relevantparties.
  • Manage relationships with externalvendors to ensure qualitydeliverables.

10) OtherDuties:

  • To comply with QualityManagement, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health& Safety procedures.
  • Stay informedabout industry trends and bestpractices.
  • Manage social media platforms (FB,IG, Twitter, TikTok) and respond to usercomplaints.
  • Perform additional tasks asdirected by the Group Head of Department andManagement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism,or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications area plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience inpublic relations, marketing communications, or a relatedfield.
  • Demonstrated success in developing andimplementing PR and marketing communicationstrategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills, with experience crafting compelling andengaging content.
  • Strong project managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, andstakeholders.
  • Experience in crisiscommunication and media relations, with a proven ability tonavigate challenging situations.
  • Proficiencywith digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and contentmanagement systems.
  • Ability to workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage externalpartnerships effectively.
  • Experience with eventplanning, coordination, and execution.
  • A strongnetwork of media contacts is desirable.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multipleprojects simultaneously, and meet tightdeadlines.
  • Experience with analytics tools(e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and analyzecampaignperformance.

 

AdditionalRequirements: 

  • Portfolioshowcasing previous creative designs, marketing communicationcampaigns and writing samples of pressreleases. 
  • Strong organizational andproject management skills. 
  • Flexibleand adaptable with a proactive attitude towards learning andself-development. 
  • Ability to workindependently as well as collaborate effectively within a teamenvironment.
