 We are currently looking for experienced  Tech Delivery & Service Lead  to be part of the site-based TECH team. The key purpose of this role is to lead the approval and execution activities in the deployment of new IT systems, infrastructure and services to one or more Supply Chain sites. This role will act as a conduit to introduce digital / innovation / new analytic products and ways of working to ensure business outcomes are met.
 
  Other KeyResponsibilities:  
 
 Lead the introduction of Value Chain TECH products, services and initiatives into assigned business areas in one or more sites
 
 Lead projects / business improvement initiatives for CH QSC KL aligning with the business and TECH teams
 
 Own the IT tasks involved in the preparation and implementation of new infrastructure and other prerequisite phases
 
 Manage site IT Risk, Change, & Compliance tasks during project deployment
 
 Work with Site TECH Partner, Product Owners, Project Portfolio team, and the Business Sponsor to develop a deep understanding of the business cases for change, then drive the approval of projects through site and TECH governance processes
 
 Optimize business value via implementation of strategic IT solutions and effective use new IT systems
 
 Drive simplification and standardization of IT systems to reduce local and non-core applications and services
 
 Ensure that appropriate support resources, processes and procedures are in place - secure shared service and/or 3rd party resources if required – as part of deployments
 
 Oversee GSK project management processes and procedures for projects
 
 Manage all IT operational issues and accountable for end to end site service performance and management
 
 Partner with shared services and manage escalation resolution at site
 
 Assures IT Continuity through the regular maintenance of IT Disaster Recovery Plan
 
 Evaluate, understand and implement analytics solutions, solving the problem(s)
 
 Participate in the designing of dashboards
 
 Apply data mining (statistical learning) techniques to extract business insights from data
 
 Produce visualisations dashboards to track key business metrics through collaboration with various teams and business units, ensuring successful execution
 
 Be a part of and drive digital programs for CH QSC KL

  Ideally, we are looking for someone with: 
 
 Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and good knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
 
 Broad knowledge of SAP and common systems used to support business processes for manufacturing operations including latest technologies.
 
 Power BI /QlikView – develop visualization solutions.
 
 Broad knowledge and understanding of IT systems and how they apply to supported business areas.
 
 Ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment with a good understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
 
 Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to plan own work to meet objectives, and to work independently.
 
 Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
 Strong stakeholder management skills & communication skills.
