We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Marcom Senior Specialist to join the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business of the Honeywell Safety Productivity and Solutions team in our Bangsar South, Malaysia office. As part of the growing PPE business you will work with the APACI PPE Marketing Leader, driving and managing centralised program portfolio on Marcom, Partner Portal, Partner Programs and also develop & execute comprehensive end-to-end Country Marketing programs of assigned countries, supporting the business growth. This is an exciting time of growth opportunities working externally with customers, channel partners and internally with a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integrated Marketing Communications & Demand-Generation: Develop our messaging framework in assets, sales enablement tools & product/solutions campaigns and work with the broader product and marketing team as appropriate to implement region specific communications tools which deliver the unique selling proposition. This will be aligned by verticals, NPIs and top product sellers of the business team where appropriate, that is tied to branding, PR, social and digital marketing tactics as appropriate for awareness, reach, demand-generation of customers, generating SQL and won opportunities results. Manage the contents/campaigns calendar so that countries can leverage on the centralized contents. Also develop e-news for channel partners and customers.
- Social, Web & Digital Marketing: Develop a comprehensive and ROI-maximizing digital marketing programs & strategies, in line with the brand image and positioning. Will manage the Honeywell Safety website updates on marketing contents.
- Partner Portal & Content Management: Work collaboratively with Global team to roll out the Partner portal features and functionality sequentially in the region.
- Partner Programs Management: Manage the channel partner & rebate program communications and performance, aligning with Global Channel Partner program framework.
- End-to-end Field Country Marketing: Responsible to drive integrated end-to-end marketing initiatives & programs for assigned countries, supporting country revenue growth plan
- Events: Working closely with the Sales team to manage Honeywell’s attendance at any events in the region to maximise ROI and establish our brand in the region. This will include end-to-end events management.
- Brand: Market the brand idea, visual identity & tone within all marketing initiatives and be a trusted & respected brand ambassador and guardian.
- Agency management: Manage, brief and direct marketing agencies to develop campaigns and maximise paid media coverage for and establish our brand in market.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaigns, programs and communications performance and proactively make recommendations on changes to strategy and plans to optimise leads conversion and won opportunities, driving revenue achievement
- Budget Management: Maintain the administration of APACI budget ensuring in line with forecasts including maintenance of budget excels and management of payments with the broader marketing team members.
- APACI Regional Team Collaboration: Drive and support the local country/region marketers to ensure their alignment with regional directions and grow the channel revenue and market share.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Good track record of integrated communications marketing, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, B2B marketing, channel marketing, events planning & management
- Excellent English writing, editing skills and be meticulous
- Experience in CRM eg Marketo, PRM tools and SFDC
- Results & data driven and proven ability to display strong creative skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation & excel skills
- Ability to work well in a matrix & fast paced organisation
- Willing to travel within APACI region
- Previous APAC regional marketing experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and capably to build relationships with all levels of management in the region
- Must be willing to represent APAC in attending global conference calls which may be scheduled at night time
- Minimum 8 years of experience
