Assistant Electrical & Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities: · Maintain & troubleshoot any electrical/electronic technical problem in production line. · Troubleshoot functional related issues on company’s product. · Investigate complaints from customers, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions. · Evaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repair. · Handles product transfer from HQ to Malaysia factory in detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing and preparation of Bill of materials (BOM) and etc. · Plan and develop applications and modifications for electronic properties used in parts and systems in order to improve technical performance. · Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations. · Direct the manufacture, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. · Work with engineering manager on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. · Improve production yield. · Support engineering team on other engineering-related issues. · Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by Superior/Management. Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic) or related qualifications. · Familiar with PCB soldering. · Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) · Knowledge in manufacturing process and ERP system. · Role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and overseas colleagues. · Possess own transport.

We started delivering our product to customers in Aug2019 & our sales in 2019 exceeded RM2.0mil. We are expanding our product range to include a new paper shredder in the next 3 months. With this expansion, we planned to hired more Malaysian staff to increase our production capacity.
