Penerangan Pekerjaan - Social Media Manager

Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy and storytelling? Are you a social media mastermind with a finger on the pulse of emerging trends? If so, we want you! Walk Production is a forward-thinking creative agency based in Glemarie, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Manager/Strategist to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing winning social media strategies for our diverse roster of clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Work with copywriters, designers and video editors to conceptualize, create, and curate engaging content across various formats (text, images, video) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage daily social media operations: scheduling posts and monitoring brand sentiment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Research and implement emerging social media trends, particularly on TikTok.
  • Analyze social media performance: Track key metrics and report on campaign effectiveness to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients: Build strong relationships, understand their needs, and translate them into impactful social media campaigns.
  • Contribute to the agency's overall social media strategy: Share best practices and support other team members.

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (a strong understanding of TikTok is a plus!).
  • Strategic thinker: Can develop data-driven social media plans and translate them into actionable tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Can build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Passionate about social media and its evolving landscape.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working in a creative agency environment.
  • Proven success in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to speak Malay or/and Chinese is a plus.
