Recruiter Intern (KL Sentral)

We aim to provide our interns with the necessary skills and will strive to impart experience, maturity and acuity. During your time here, you will be under the supervision of an individual mentor who will be guiding and extensively training you. We believe that internships are a time for learning and take our roles as mentors very seriously.

Responsibilities:

• To look for new clients by cold-calling and business visits
• To source and headhunt potential candidates for job openings
• Posting job advertisements on portals and social media
• Help arrange and conduct interviews
• Act as a bridge between clients and candidates, providing high level customer service and matching high quality candidates to out clients
• Provide career advice and consultancy to clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of any field
• Duration of 3 months
• Outgoing and positive individual
