The Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively multi-task. Communication: -Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. -Develop and maintain a filing system. Financial Duties: -Update and maintain office policies and procedures. -Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. -Submit and reconcile expense reports. Technical Duties: -Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
