Penerangan Pekerjaan - Office Manager

Job Description: MR DIY Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in office administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities - Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing correspondence - Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies - Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and managing payroll - Support senior management with various projects and tasks as needed - Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in office administration or related field - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
