Job Description:


Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant, working remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date and accurate. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide timely solutions. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to improve client satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work well in a team. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. A high school diploma or equivalent.
