Job Description:


MISC Berhad is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Manage client database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to support client onboarding and retention efforts. 4. Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalations. 6. Assist in organizing and executing client events and promotions. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. 5. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
