Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all airport visitors and travelers. Your main objective will be to ensure that all customers have a positive experience at our airport facilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about airport services, facilities, and flight information. 3. Assist customers with navigating the airport and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met. 6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 7. Stay informed about airport policies and procedures to effectively assist customers. 8. Assist with special promotions or events as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 6. Knowledge of airport operations is a plus. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
