Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Petron Malaysia is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and information in the company database. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Meet individual and team goals for customer satisfaction and response times.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to make quick and informed decisions. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
