Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers. 5. Effectively communicate customer feedback to the relevant departments. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues. 2. Strong planning and leadership skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
