Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and account management - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset - Process customer returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Motivated to provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
