Job Description: Social Media Manager - Work from Home

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and connecting with our target audience through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 3. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to ensure our social media efforts remain relevant and effective. 4. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online interactions with our audience. 5. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies for optimization. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, PR, and Design to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives. 7. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and industry trends to continually enhance our social media presence. 8. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies, to maximize ROI. 9. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across various online platforms. 10. Identify opportunities for influencers and partnerships to expand our reach and enhance brand reputation.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. 4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience in using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights. 5. Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. 6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. 8. Effective people management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with influencers. 9. Experience in creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media platforms. 10. Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
