THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a B2B Sales Manager to our Client Sales team in Mexico! 

This role is to join the Mexico B2B team, responsible for attracting and managing the development of key potential clients. As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring in significant new business to Gympass, managing complex negotiations as well as supporting other members of the team with their accounts. The position will work closely with the team leaders to refine and improve business development strategy in Mexico and strengthen our approach. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a market that is really gaining momentum on B2B sales and excited to have a game-changer candidate to take them to the next level.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Be responsible for closing a portfolio of Gympass' strategic corporate prospects, with a focus on multiple industries;
  • Work with a dedicated BDR (Business Development Representative) to build a strategy for creating opportunities from your own portfolio of corporate accounts;
  • Engage with potential clients to explain the Gympass concept and understand how it might align to their business objectives;
  • Develop and own customized proposals for each prospect, according to their needs and interests;
  • Support the team leaders with Commercial Strategy with a focus on how to increase the speed of opportunities through the sales funnel;
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in HR & Wellbeing space, leveraging and creating content to engage prospects;
  • Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience in developing new B2B businesses, ideally in Saas sales or HR consulting / Employee benefits firms.
  • You'll be high-achieving with a proven sales track record in (over) achiever quotas throughout your career.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders at large companies, with excellent solution-based selling skills built on trust and reliability.
  • Strategic and able to analyze current ways of working, draw conclusions, and identify areas to improve.
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit.
  • Exceptional high-achievers with any background will always be considered.
  • Spanish Native Speaker + English, English is our company language.
