We are currently on the lookout for a skilled BIW Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• ManufacturingEngineering in the area of Cab Body production application.
• Support the ongoing process and development projects with early analyses and plan for future changes and products
• Determine operator and equipment efficiency, develop, and improve methods of the process
• Support developing work instruction/SOP’s
• Communicate the need for industrial adaptation as well as participation in specifying product requirements
• Be a cohesive function for investigations
• Support and participate in method studies and method descriptions
• Implement and support product and process changes in tooling, equipment and education

To succeed in the BIW Manufacturing Engineer position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor engineer Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical/ Automation/Welding.
• Experience within Cab Body operations will be very greatly appreciated.
• Understanding of the Cab Body processes, Like paint, BIW, Maintenance, Automation, Robot programming or industrial Project
• Experience of engineering work within automotive operations or equivalent is an advantage
• Leadership skills are also meritorious
• Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably from material, product and process change and Lean Manufacturing it is extra qualifying
• Ability to organize and prioritize among complex problems
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Open minded on other culture, positive and flexible character
