We're seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Intermediate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions and improve production efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Manufacturing Processes: Ensure the correct implementation of manufacturing processes for outsourced machining, guaranteeing that established quality and productivity standards are met.
• Program Monitoring: Track the implementation program, ensuring deadlines are met and defined objectives are achieved.
• Support to Senior Engineer: Provide support to the Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME Sr.), collaborating on problem resolution and process optimization.
• Autonomous Program Management: Manage manufacturing programs autonomously, with the necessary technical support to ensure project success.
• Design of Manufacturing Processes: Design manufacturing processes for machining under supervision, ensuring resource optimization and compliance with technical specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or similar role.
• Technical knowledge in machining processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Experience in:
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process optimization.

Desirable:

• Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to advanced manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading and coaching teams.
