7010/Critical Services Supervision (Pharmaceutical Industry) - Mid / Senior

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Critical Services Supervision (Pharmaceutical Industry) - Mid / Senior. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the critical services operations within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the critical services operations, including HVAC systems, purified water systems, cleanrooms, and other critical utilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant standards.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to identify any deviations from standards or potential issues.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical services operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.
• Support the qualification and validation of critical systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability of critical services operations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical services supervision within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, such as GMP and GLP.
• Experience in managing HVAC systems, purified water systems, cleanrooms, and other critical utilities.
• Proficient in developing and implementing SOPs and other relevant documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
