Abogado

Talentology is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Abogado to join our growing legal team. As an Abogado at Talentology, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance on a variety of matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, compliance, labor laws, and intellectual property. Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to various departments within the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Advise on corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research to support the company’s interests in various legal matters.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations as required.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures to promote best practices.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws that may impact the company.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders within the organization.
