The project leader and process optimization will play a key role in the success of the project, managing and leading task force, new launches and special projects. 

• Lead an execute a project
• Define strategies base on the KPI's performance 
• Leverage synergies between departments (optimized synergies)
• Maintain BMM standards, coach and train the associates
• Lean thinking

• Education: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanics, mechatronics) 
• +4 years of experience in Manufacturing (PGL Knowledge)
• +2 years of experience in Projects, new launches (release new lines), Industrialization projects
• English, able to maintain a conversation with customers.
• Problem Solving techniques, Shainin as preference (preference Journeyman)
• SAP knowledge (manufacturing, logistics, purchasing)
• Knowledge in process optimization, (able to read drawings, define process release, tooling definition)
• Familiarized with BBM standard
• Good understanding of OEE/ IDC  
• 85% to 90% Travel 
• + Plus Data analytics
