We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate the daily operations of our land logistics services. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and clients.

Schedules: Mornings: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm Evenings: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver logs.
• Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transit.
• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of dispatch processes and procedures

• Intermediate english is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
