Job Description:
A One Stop Digital Payment Solution Provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Country Head to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the omnichannel merchant acquiring business in Mexico, while also collaborating with local partners to offer competitive channels to our merchants both domestically and internationally. Additionally, the Business Country Head will work closely with the embedded lending team to develop a robust lending strategy for merchants in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the omnichannel merchant acquiring business in Mexico, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with local partners to provide competitive channels for merchants within Mexico and globally.
- Work closely with the embedded lending team to develop and implement a lending strategy tailored to merchants in Mexico.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, merchant acquiring, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.- Strong understanding of the Mexican market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
