About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated full-time Cold Caller. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for prospecting, making outbound calls, and setting appointments. You’ll be integral in generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Set 2-3 appointments per day.
• Handle objections quickly and think on your feet to drive engagement.
• Utilize sales tools, including Lead411 and 2x Connect, to streamline lead generation.
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence (500+ connections preferred).
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini to improve productivity and assist in prospecting.
• Manage your daily activity and targets independently with a proactive, self-starter mentality.

Role Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker with minimal accent barrier.
• High energy, sales-minded, and proactive approach.
• Proven ability to engage prospects and set appointments.
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred).

• Familiarity with sales tools like Lead411 and parallel dialer systems (e.g., 2x Connect).
• Comfortable using AI tools for daily tasks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
