Position Overview:

Level 3 acts as a subject matter expert for specific technologies and resolves issues that require high technical expertise. Level 3 develops documentation such as FAQs and SOP for customer technologies.

Level 3 is regarded as a team lead for a Managed Services engagement. Level 3 works with customers to isolate and resolve issues by attempting to duplicate the problem and provide a resolution. Level 3 acts as a primary contact between the customer and the Enterprise Architect in case that support from this level is requested.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as subject matter expert

● Resolve highly technical issues escalated from Level 2

● Develop FAQs and standard procedures

● Analyze trends to identify potential problems and risks

● Coordinate regular preventative maintenance activities

● Remotely access customer systems to investigate issues

● Update/Review documentation for internal processes and procedures

● Review Managed Services Reports

● Staff the rotating On-Call and On-Call backup shifts according to the annual schedule.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Citrix or WorkSpaces

● Preferred certifications: CCE-V

● Other relevant certifications: CCA-N

● Experience managing CVAD environments on premises

● Experience managing CVAD environments on Citrix Cloud

● Experience managing StoreFront deployments

● Experience managing PVS environments and updating vDisks

● Experience with image management via Machine Creation Services (MCS)

● Experience maintaining machine catalogs, delivery groups, and published applications

OR

● Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect

● Other relevant certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate

● Experience managing AWS WorkSpaces environments

● Experience managing AWS AppStream environments (optional)

● Experience with AWS native services including: EC2, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM

● Experience managing patches/updates via Tanium

Technical Requirements Windows

● Advanced experience with Windows Server OS including regular maintenance and troubleshooting

● Advanced experience with AD, DNS, and DHCP

● Advanced experience with Windows 10/11 OS including regular maintenance and troubleshooting
