Junior Math Content Developer

Are you passionate about mathematics and interested in creating innovative educational content? Join a leading platform for data-driven math education as a Junior Math Content Developer.           

As the Junior Math Content Developer,  you’ll ensure well-aligned content for all US customers, this includes creating math problems, aligning content to scope & sequence, programming generated questions, and working with AI-models to generate appropriate content.         

This is a unique opportunity to combine your math expertise and creativity to make a meaningful impact on education, all while working remotely for a US-based company. • You will be interacting regularly with users and participating in classroom visits to observe how the content drives the broader user experience in practice.        
• Your aim will be to ensure that teachers get a fantastic experience where the content is a means for teachers and students to achieve better math lessons.         
• You will be working closely with colleagues across the US and Europe while also having lots of autonomy to drive your own projects.          
• Cross-team collaboration: You will have the opportunity to gain insight into how sales, product development, and customer success operate.         

• Bachelor's degree in any field           
• Attention to detail         
• A good understanding of K-12 math             
• A background in education is not a prerequisite but a great asset when working with content!        
• Being a team member who wants to take a large ownership of developing the math content experience          
• Be very ambitious and like chasing challenging targets               
• Be extremely output-oriented and find satisfaction in driving projects to completion      
• Eager to learn new things, and either have a thorough understanding of mathematical curricula or be open to learning rapidly             
• Goal-oriented and accustomed to working towards deadlines                
• Great at communicating

• Competitive Salary         
• This is a full-time, long-term position.           
• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.             
• Work from home.         
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
