Unicorn Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the delivery and success of our skilling programs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong operations background, excellent communication skills, and a knack for executing processes efficiently. The ideal candidate will manage program milestones, engage with participants, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage skilling programs, including applications, onboarding, and scholarship tracking.
  • Engage participants to boost program completion through communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and analyze program data, updating metrics and identifying improvements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks, refine processes, and optimize outreach with AI tools.
  • Professionally communicate with stakeholders and craft clear email correspondence.
  • Operations Expertise: 5+ years of experience in program operations, data management, and process execution, preferrably in a managerial role.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, sorting, data manipulation).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, OneDrive).
    • Experience with tools like Airtable, Canva, and AI platforms like Beautiful AI (preferred).
  • Project Ownership: Ability to manage programs autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Executive-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage.
  • Automation Mindset: Experience in automating workflows and optimizing efficiency.
