Do Mechanical LLC is a reputable HVAC company with 22 years of industry experience, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial heating and cooling services, as well as ductwork, boilers, and chillers. As we look to expand our customer base beyond word-of-mouth referrals, we are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide informed and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries related to HVAC services.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging content and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance our online presence.
• Administrative Support: Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing other administrative tasks as needed.
• Future Tasks (Optional): Potential involvement in basic estimations for HVAC projects, although this is not mandatory.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology to facilitate informed customer interactions.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to inquiries.
