Descripción del trabajo - Staff Accountant

Assisting head of finance with month end and closing activities
Handling of accounts payable and receivables
Ability to manage payroll related activities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT and state payroll tax
Attend on-site and remote meetings
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Follow-up processes with external accounting

We are looking for a proactive and attention to details Staff Accountant, to support, organize, communicate and manage the full cycle of accounting activities, such as monthly closings and payroll management.

One year of experience in accounting field such as supporting the full cycle of accounting activities, monthly closings and payroll management.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Soft Skills: communication, problem solving, critical thinking and time management, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Hard skills: Excel, beginner budgeting, invoice management and payroll.
Degree: Accounting or finance.
Level of English B2+

Location– Mexico City. remote work with on-site meetings, the frequency of the on-site meetings are subject to the demand of each position.People is our most valued active. We offer flexibility and balance between personal and working life.
