Staff Engineer - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, implement, and manage complex marketing automation solutions for our clients.
• Business Consulting: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, providing expert consulting to develop tailored marketing strategies and roadmaps.
• Business Process Development: Analyze current business processes and develop comprehensive roadmaps for improvement and optimization, ensuring alignment with clients'' strategic goals.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and business analyst, participating in client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions to drive successful outcomes.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Business Requirement Extraction & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure that all requirements align with the client's strategic objectives and marketing goals.

Must have Skills: Bilingual (Spanish - English), Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 

5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
