Our client, a leading investment banking firm, is looking for an Senior Investment Banking Analyst to join their team. As an Analyst, you will be crucial in supporting the firm's investment banking activities, including conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and assisting in deal execution.

Responsibilities

•Conduct legal research on investment products

•Assess regulatory compliance

•Draft legal documents (e.g., prospectuses, investment agreements)

•Provide legal advice on financial transactions

•Manage legal risks associated with investment activities

•Participate in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, or other investment activities

•Collaborate with internal legal teams and external counsel

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Prior experience in investment banking or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
