About the Role:
Part-time Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish/English) to help manage outbound calls, follow up with leads, and set appointments. This role will focus on improving lead-to-appointment conversion and increasing the show-up rate for scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable connecting with parents (mainly moms), with a professional yet casual communication style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and drive appointments
• Send appointment reminders to parents to increase attendance
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional yet approachable demeanor
• Meet or exceed targets for lead-to-appointment conversion (current goal: 50%) and show-up rate (current goal: 50-60%)
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both)
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or virtual assistance preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to connect quickly with parents, especially moms of children aged 4-12
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools for communication and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and follow processes
