Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Utrecht, NL. This full-time entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and possess strong leadership and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and provide accurate information. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback for analysis. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed. 6. Contribute to the development of support resources and documentation for clients. 7. Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist clients. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with CRM systems. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team. 5. Experience in customer service or client support is a plus, but not required. 6. Must be able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
