Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description: Guerrilla Games is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from a remote location. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience and receive the assistance they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and delivering delight - Collaborate with other team members to address complex client issues and find solutions - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate documentation - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Confident and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate cooperation - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
