Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Zoku is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that clients may encounter. 3. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Hardworking and motivated attitude with a passion for helping others. 3. Strong cooperation and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus.
