Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Officer at Shypple in Rotterdam, NL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating as needed. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve processes and services. 5. Assist in developing customer support strategies and workflows. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. 3. Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. 4. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 5. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
