The Position
As a buyer in our team, you will be involved with the products from the moment the styles are officially signed off and will be part of the new collection. From here until the goods are handed over to the shipping party, we are responsible for anything that happens. This means we need to make sure our planning allows all products to arrive in the warehouse on time with the right quantity for the demand. To do some, we create a full forward planning based on the forecast we have valued by history, best sellers and new trends. Based on this planning, we will enter the forward sales period in which we gather all the sales from our wholesale, retail and Ecom partners via our sell-in tools. We closely monitor these sales to see if they match our forecast, and where it doesn't' we anticipate our process to still aim for that 100% on-time warehouse delivery based on our customers' demand.
Your daily tasks will depend on the phase of the season we are in. It can be filled with planning and analyzing the collection volume, sourcing plan and capacity planning, but it can also be a hands-on buy day in which we need a quick turnaround from sales intake to actual buy placement with our factories.
You will work in a direct team with other buyers whom represent different divisions of the brand, which is part of the bigger buying and demand planning team for all the CK divisions covering the seasonal, capsule and NOS business.

The Ideal Candidate
Min 2-3 years of experience within the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Team player, willing to learn, proactive and embrace change
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
