Data Engineer

Growth Accelerator is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure and systems that enable efficient data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable data systems for storing and retrieving large volumes of data.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, to identify data requirements and develop solutions.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and Python. Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
