Field Service Engineer

As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for our service team's field service activities.

Tasks

• Providing correct execution of field service activities at customer locations, with correct planning of materials. Providing first-time-right solutions. Responsible for repair, field investigation, and implementation modification on the installed base of power-generating sets.
• Creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers and ensuring clear internal and external communication.
• Maintaining owned procedures and field service manuals. Creating new manuals when required.
• Performing correct installation and commissioning work, ensuring on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, assisting them in operating and maintaining gensets effectively.
• Fostering team spirit and cooperation among individuals and departments. Sharing information and working together to accomplish company goals.
• Maintaining accurate records of service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions.
• Contributing to a healthy and problem-solving environment.
• Makes no concessions to Company’s and Client safety regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Controls or electrical background.
• 3 years of function-specific experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly developed attention to details
• English language and communication (verbal and in writing) on CEFR level C1
• Strong analytical skills
