As a Senior Architect within our Microsoft Data & Innovation team, you will be the technical guru responsible for deepening our knowledge on Microsoft data services and ensuring we build the right solutions for our clients. You will lead solutioning, pre-sales, client conversations, and delivery of large transformation programs, focusing on propositions such as KPMG One Data Platform, Powered Sustainability, and AI accelerators on Microsoft.
You will utilize your expertise to identify the best components of the Microsoft Data Platform to use in different cases, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing our solution offerings and propositions, shaping the direction of our Microsoft Data & Innovation practice.
Your role will primarily focus on guiding and training junior colleagues, providing technical leadership and support during client engagements, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions. You will drive innovation and technology advancement within the team, staying abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft technology, particularly in Microsoft Fabric and other emerging technologies.

• Lead and manage project delivery within the Microsoft Data & Innovation sphere, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive innovative solutions using Microsoft Data Services such as Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lakes, Azure AI, and more.
• Coach and mentor junior team members from a technical perspective, fostering their growth within the technology stack.
• Drive "tech intensity" by infusing knowledge, innovation, and technology advancement within the team.
• Join a growing team that is heavily invested in Microsoft technology and enjoys helping clients on their Microsoft transformation journeys.
  

Dit neem jij mee

• A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft Data Services, with expertise in implementing Microsoft Data Platform solutions.
• Proven track record in managing project deliveries within the Microsoft Data Services technology stack.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft architecture, data architecture, data modeling, and data management concepts with Microsoft components. 
• Detailed knowledge of data entities within Microsoft D365 and its common data models. 
• Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and Python.
• Passion for technology and a strong inclination towards driving innovation, particularly in Microsoft Fabric and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to guide and develop the technical capabilities of junior team members.
• Ability to promote and drive continuous learning, innovation, and technological growth within the team.
• Microsoft certifications on Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Fluent in English. Dutch not mandatory but preferred.
