SUMMARY
OF POSITION:

Easthouse Electronics Technology is the Dutch subsidiary of multinational companies. The US Company is SECURAM systems Inc located in California and its brand SECURAM has been well-known with more than 70% of USA market share that produces high-level safe locks for top-brand commercial safes. The manufacture headquarter is Nanjing Easthouse, established in 1991. It has concentrated on developing and manufacturing high-end security systems for the worldwide market. Our Dutch company has KM sponsorship and can support KM visa.

Easthouse Electronics Technology now is seeking an office management assistant who will assist in all aspects of the office environment. She/he will be knowledgeable with the majority of duties in each department, including, but not limited to, sales, customer service, and technical support.

This
position is for an individual to support all areas of the office while also
being self-driven in his/her own tasks and responsibilities. Proper phone
etiquette and good rapport are required. The assistant will work closely with
the sales team, technical support and customer service on a daily
basis.

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare orders and make outgoing shipments
  • Record all outgoing shipments in Dropbox
  • Communicate with
    customers, colleagues, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate
    or explain information, take orders and address complaints 
  • Answer phone, convey messages and run errands 
  • Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating
    machines, using a computer 
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business
    transactions, and other activities
  • Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare
    outgoing mail
  • Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments 
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to
    respond to requests 
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems,
    either manually or using a computer 
  • Prepare company meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes
  • Count, weigh, measure, and/or organize materials 
  • Sort and file records 
  • Copy or scan documents 
  • Address envelopes or packages by hand or with online service 
  • Proofread records, forms or other documents 
  • Keep office clean and organized
  • Ability to lift packages up to 23kgs  
  • Other duties as required by the manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • HBO or WO bachelor's degree
  • Two years or more of
    related work experience preferred
  • Must have a current full, clean driver's license
  • Self-motivated, ability to manage own time effectively and interface
    positively with the customer and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively / safely within a variety of
    situations, and with various individuals or groups
  • Experience using technology within the workplace, excellent proficiency
    using Microsoft office & related applications required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Superior problem solving and time management skills
  • Superior telephone skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn technical subjects
  • Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of integrity
  • Fluent in English. Dutch and Mandarin as a plus.
