Online Learning Manager, Commercial Academy

To fuel their growth and to ensure we reach our ambitions as a company, we are on the lookout for a highly experienced and strategic-minded Commercial Academy Online Learning Manager.


What you’ll do


As an Online Learning Manager you will play a pivotal role in helping to design and manage online learning programs that empower our global commercial teams. Your mission is to create a cutting-edge blended learning environment that helps our commercial people close more deals faster.



  • Design: Create virtual learnings for commercial teams at Adyen, including but not limited to:


    • Producing and editing video content

    • Designing and creating graphics in Keynote, Adobe Premiere, Adobe, Articulate Storyline


  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with trainers, commercial leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to understand skill gaps and design engaging and relevant online learning content for our commercial teams.

  • Content Management: ensure clean and relevant community library in our learning management system and other content resources. 


Who you are



  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in education; preferably in a commercial enablement role, with a track record of designing and managing engaging learning programs, including new hire onboarding, product training, certifications, etc.

  • You understand how commercial people learn in an online training setting and can design engaging exercises, including audio/video production and gamification, that drive impactful learning in their selling approach.

  • You have a commercial mindset and have been part of a commercial organization in previous roles, ensuring a deep understanding of our audience.

  • You have worked with, or are excited to learn, how to use learning management systems and technologies like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere, Docebo, Keynote, etc.

  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation and can ruthlessly prioritize business-critical projects.

  • You are a great communicator, especially towards commercial people: concise, impactful, and people-oriented, both written and verbally, in fluent English.

  • You know how to obtain important feedback from both internal trainers and participants and implement it to improve programs and sessions, understanding that co-creation is vital for our success.

  • You are a critical thinker who brings fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table and has the confidence to challenge, assess critically, and make hard decisions.

  • You have the ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality to put in work and make it happen.
