In the position of Operator, you will be working in a 5-shift system, where you work for 6 days (2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts), followed by 4 days off. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth production process. Tasks you will be performing on a daily basis include: operating and monitoring machines, troubleshooting malfunctions, contributing to process improvements, attending team meetings, performing basic maintenance on machines, and cleaning the workspace.

As a Operator, you fit the follow requirements:

• You have an MBO-3 (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking;
• You have at least one year of experience of working in a production environment;
• You have a clear technical affinity and posses a good technical insight;
• You are willing to work in a 5-shift rotation.

If you hold a diploma from a (technical) MBO-3 or Vapro program, that is definitely an advantage, but not a requirement. With the onboarding and training program, you will be trained to become a fully qualified Operator.
