To accelerate the deployment of these solutions, Mollie builds strategic partnerships with leading industry players.
In this role, you will have a crucial part in shaping the future of Mollie's financial services by creating and managing strategic partnerships with players in the finance ecosystem.You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners who align with Mollie's vision and can contribute to the success of our financial services products.
As a Partnerships Manager in this area, you need strong business, negotiation, and data analysis skills, as well as excellent collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders from various areas such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Commerce, Operations, and Marketing. You should be able to overcome obstacles, think creatively, and find solutions to deliver significant outcomes.

What you'll be doing
Manage and grow partnerships with a variety of strategic partners for Mollie's financial services products
Structure, negotiate, and develop partnership contracts to ensure they drive maximum value
Understand our product proposition and strategy, as well as partner capabilities, to co-create best-in-class solutions for our customers
Work closely with country managers, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues, gather feedback, and identify and prioritize opportunities
Collaborate with the support team to improve partner processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
What you'll bring:

Strong business and data acumen, partner empathy, and developed "sensing mechanisms" that you use when formulating ideas. Some may call it "commercial intuition or sense"
Proven ability to set a partnership direction and execute with excellence
Use data not only to understand performance but to steer decisions and drive results
Ability to work with 3rd party partners/vendors and build strong professional relationships in the process of product co-creation
Expertise is certainly helpful, and this is a big plus, on either:
Credit/financing services.
Merchant lending products.
Accounts Receivables (AR) products.
Invoicing, payment links, or similar.
