Join the R&D Multi Serve Team and lead a dynamic team of Junior and Senior R&D product developers to drive innovation and deliver impactful results. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle and manage resource allocation for innovation, renovation, and VOP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver R&D projects, ensuring on-time execution and cost management.
• Manage a team of 8, developing talent and fostering best practices.
• Oversee new technology applications, from design to commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with food label regulations and global legislation.

What We Offer:
